Jaykwon Walton decommits from Mississippi State within 48 hours

Less than 48 hours after committing to Mississippi State, four-star guard Jaykwon Walton backed off his pledge to the Bulldogs. The 6-foot-6, 196-pounder averaged 19.1 points, 7.8 rebounds and 4.2 assists at Carver High School in Montgomery, Alabama last season. Walton owns 22 total scholarship offers including Georgia, Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Arkansas and Texas A&M.
