North Carolina big man Kadin Shedrick commits to UVa basketball

Virginia has landed a commitment from 2019 center Kadin Shedrick. The high school senior announced his pledge to the Cavaliers on Monday. Shedrick, who is from Holly Springs, North Carolina, chose Virginia over offers from Florida, Indiana, Louisville, Wake Forest, Wisconsin, Baylor, and others. He also visited Xavier on Aug. 15 and had an offer from the Musketeers. (Charlottesville Daily Progress)
