UNC Track, Cross Country Athletes Face Alcohol-Related Charges

Three UNC athletes who hosted the party -- 23-year-old Jesse McLaughlin Rappole, 21-year-old Robert Robertson and 21-year-old Matthew Scott Gibby -- were charged with sale of alcohol to a minor and aiding and abetting underage alcohol use. Brianna Felnagle was charged with underage drinking and resisting arrest after authorities saw her dropping an alcoholic beverage at the party.
