Tobin Heath is thrilled to join Arsenal, her longtime favorite English club


For nearly two decades, has been a big-time Arsenal fan. She was drawn to the club’s men’s team in the early 2000s, as many Americans were, by stars like Thierry Henry and Dennis Bergkamp, and the brilliant soccer they played in authoring England’s first unbeaten top-flight season since 1889. Heath will finally get to wear Arsenal’s jersey. (Philadelphia Inquirer)
