Jacob Wescoe Takes ACC, National Honors

North Carolina senior goalkeeper Jacob Wescoe picked up Atlantic Coast Conference Co-Player of the Week honors and was named to Soccer America's National Team of the Week Tuesday after leading No. 18 North Carolina to a pair of shutout victories over the weekend. Wescoe, who was seeing his first career regular season action, compiled six saves and did not allow a goal in a pair of wins at the Carolina Nike Classic. (Tar Heel Blue)
