Preseason Q&A With C.D. Mock

We made a lot of changes this year. We really intensified our workouts and increased them. For the most part, we have been training twice a day, four days a week, pretty much since they got here for school. The practices are short, and it's not twice a day in the wrestling room. We've doing things like 7 a.m. in the weight room and 9 p.m. running. Right now I'm very pleased and so are the guys on the team. They're ticked off and they want to win. (Tar Heel Blue)
