Pac-12 welcomes Texas State ahead of 2026 relaunch


Texas State has officially joined the Pac-12, the conference announced Monday, becoming the league's ninth member ahead of its relaunch in 2026. Texas State is located in San Marcos, which is only about 35 miles south of the University of Texas in Austin. Texas State has more than 40,000 students, with one of the 25 largest undergraduate in the U.S. (ESPN.com)
