Tar Heels Fall At ACC Field Hockey Championship


Third-ranked Virginia scored the game's only goal in the 28th minute of play then held onto the 1-0 lead to eliminate No. 2 North Carolina in ACC Field Hockey Championship play Friday evening at Turf Field. Carolina fell to 16-2 overall and now will await Tuesday's announcement of the NCAA Tournament field. (Tar Heel Blue)
