Tar Heel Lacrosse Teams Score Victories


The Carolina men’s lacrosse team blew a three-goal lead with two minutes left in regulation, but rallied in overtime to upset #3 Notre Dame, 9-8. Freshman Pat Foster scored the winning goal, his second of the match, to give the #12 Tar Heels the victory Friday in front of a Fetzer Field crowd of more than 4,000, the biggest of the season.
