UNC-Chapel Hill To Take 18 Percent Budget Cut

The 2012 state budget includes a 15.6 percent funding cut for the UNC system overall—but after a vote Thursday by the UNC Board of Governors, the specific cut for UNC-Chapel Hill will be even higher. UNC-Chapel Hill will be taking an 18 percent reduction in next year’s budget. (Chapelboro.com)
