The anchor of the four-person Class of 2007 closed the biggest National Soccer Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in history with a speech that focused on anything but herself. During her 14-minute, 40-second speech, Hamm thanked several people for helping her to become the most recognizable face in the women’s game, if not the sport in general. (Sapulpa Daily Herald)
