NCAA instituting committee of ADs to improve its operations


NCAA president Mark Emmert is in a tough spot. The man is trying to enhance the NCAA from the inside and massively improve its outward reputation all at once. From a practical standpoint, it looks like Emmert's pushing an idea that makes a lot of sense and could help the NCAA's decision-making going forward. (CBS Sports)
