His college basketball career ended with a missed jumpshot and perhaps a grimace, but certainly not a pout. Louisville guard Russ Smith was going out as a champion: a conference champion more times than anyone can remember and a national champion in the not-so-distant past, and one who played the game as a competitor and gentlemen.
