Language of UNC Notice of Allegations leaves plenty of room for interpretation

Reaction to the release of UNC’s Notice of Allegations from the NCAA on Thursday was as predictable as the Tar Heels being ranked among the nation’s top 25 at the start of every college basketball season. Folks that bleed Carolina blue downplayed the five “Level I” violations mentioned in the report as no big deal. Members of the ABC crowd reveled in the impending doom that awaits their hated rival.
