Tar Heel Men Finish Third In ACC Swimming & Diving Championships


Led by medal stand performances by Chip Peterson and Philip Owen, the UNC men's swimming and diving team finished third at the 2007 Atlantic Coast Conference Men's Swimming and Diving Championships with ended Saturday night at Koury Natatorium. The Tar Heels, swimming their final ACC championship under retiring head coach Frank Comfort, had a vastly improved performance over their 2006 effort at the meet. (Tar Heel Blue)
