UNC women's soccer player Alexa Newfield: Fighting her way through

There’s an idea in sports, as well as in life, of an ultimate goal — something you build your whole life around in hopes of achieving. This is the summit for most. But to Alexa Newfield, a redshirt senior on the UNC women’s soccer team, the path of her playing career has no end game. No pinnacle.
