#9 UNC Women's Soccer Prevails vs. #6 Clemson

The UNC women’s soccer team won a defensive battle against Clemson 1-0 Sunday afternoon at Fetzer Field, allowing the Tar Heels to move into a tie for fourth place in the ACC standings with the Tigers. After losing three straight games, ninth-ranked Carolina had a good home weekend, beating 15th-ranked Notre Dame Thursday 2-1 and sixth-ranked Clemson 1-0 Sunday.
