UNC receives record 19,682 applications for first-year early action admission deadline


The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill has received a record 19,682 applications for its first-year early action admission deadline in 2016. This year’s total represents an increase of 2,500 early applications compared to last year. “We are grateful to all of the students who have shown an early interest in the University,” said Stephen Farmer, vice provost for enrollment and undergraduate admissions.
