Triangle entrepreneur, UNC grad Steve Malik buys Carolina RailHawks


Triangle tech entrepreneur and local investor Steve Malik bought the Carolina RailHawks, bringing the team under local ownership. The North American Soccer League team that plays in Cary was swept up in the larger FIFA corruption scandal when Aaron Davidson, the president of Traffic Sports USA, the company that owns the team, was connected to bribery accusations.
