Two From UNC Receive NCAA Today's Top VIII Award
North Carolina student-athletes Laura Gerraughty and Heather O'Reilly have been selected as recipients of the 2007 NCAA's Top VIII Award, an honor given annually to eight student-athletes who excel athletically, academically and in leadership and community service. The NCAA announced the winners Monday and will recognize them at the NCAA Honors Celebration on January 6. (Tar Heel Blue)
