No. 1 Tar Heels Top No. 15 Princeton 2-1 in Field Hockey

The top-ranked UNC field hockey team closed the first half with a goal and then added another midway through the second half to earn a 2-1 win Friday afternoon at No. 15 Princeton. The Tar Heels improved to 2-1 on the season, while the Tigers fell to 0-1. Both of Carolina’s goals came on penalty corners.
