Former Mack Brown assistant Tim Brewster to join Jimbo Fisher at Texas A&M

Texas A&M appears to have won an early recruiting battle behind new coach Jimbo Fisher – by bringing on board one of his ace recruiters from Florida State. Brewster, a former head coach at Minnesota and tight ends coach at Texas in ’s Longhorns tenure, is considered one of the nation’s top recruiters. He also spent from 1989-97 with Brown as an assistant at North Carolina. (Houston Chronicle)
