Ava Bergner Makes Cut at Ladies' British Open Amateur Championship

Rising North Carolina sophomore Ava Bergner won her first two rounds and defeated the official leading qualifier of the 115th Ladies' British Amateur Open Championship to make the cut in the tournament in Southport, England. The Ketsch, Germany-native carded four birdies throughout the first two rounds to upset the official leading qualifier, Elin Esborn. (GoHeels.com)
