In 2017, 36-year-old Shalane Flanagan became the first American woman in 40 years to win the New York City Marathon. Her secret? Food that’s more than just fuel. In her new cookbook, Run Fast. Cook Fast. Eat Slow, Flanagan shares the nourishing and delicious meals that helped her break the tape in Central Park. We asked her to share her top five dishes.
