Cunningham: Cost of attendance is very important

Ahead of the annual NCAA Convention in Washington D.C., Mandy Mitchell sat down with North Carolina Director of Athletics Bubba Cunningham to discuss the new autonomy rules and what that means for the NCAA going forward. Cunningham: "15 years ago we had one school one vote. Now with he new autonomy 65 schools have the chance to vote on legislation that effects how we run intercollegiate athletics."
