Elliot Cadeau Changing His Number For Sophomore Season

is going back to the number he wore in high school. Cadeau wore No. 3 in high school, but that was ’s number for UNC last season. With Ryan’s college eligibility exhausted after last season, Cadeau will switch from No. 2 he wore as a freshman to No. 3. On Saturday, his mother, Michelle Cadeau, confirmed the number change. Harrison Ingram Invited To NBA Draft Combine

UNC forward is one of 78 players invited to the NBA Draft Combine, which runs May 12 to May 19 in Chicago. Ingram announced April 20 that he was declaring for the draft but is maintaining his college eligibility. The deadline to withdraw from the draft and maintain eligibility is May 20 at 11:59 p.m., but he isn’t expected to do that. (Tar Heel Tribune)

NC lawmakers seek to force UNC, NC State to play football, basketball vs. in-state schools

State lawmakers want to require UNC and NC State to play football and basketball games against other in-state public schools on a regular basis. Under a bill filed by Republican House members, UNC and NC State would be required to play at least one of ECU, App State, and Charlotte every year and play each school home and away every six years.
