On the road to the Final Four, North Carolina point guard Ivory Latta has inspired opposing defenses to come up with a little bit of everything in an attempt to stop her. The 5-foot-6, first-team All-American will again be the object of intense interest when the top-seeded Tar Heels (33-1) face ACC rival Maryland (32-4) in tonight’s NCAA semifinal at TD Banknorth Garden (7 p.m.).
