To Tell Truth, Latta's Speed, Not Height, Matters

When Ivory Latta was questioned about her height, she tried to talk her way around the subject. "I'm a basketball player," she said Monday. She also said height, or the absence of it, was not a problem. "It's motivation," she said. "My parents always told me how tall you are doesn't matter; the size of your heart defines you."
