UNC Women's Basketball Visits Elon Tuesday In Season Opener

North Carolina visits Elon in the opening game of the 2018-19 season from the new Schar Center at Elon University. The matchup pits UNC head coach Sylvia Hatchell against her former student-athlete and current Phoenix head coach Charlotte Smith, who played at UNC from 1992-95 and hit the game-winning shot in the 1994 NCAA National Championship game.
