UNC Women's Basketball Downs Rice In Myrtle Beach

Janelle Bailey and Shayla Bennett registered double-doubles to lead North Carolina to a 71-50 victory over Rice Friday at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. UNC (8-4) put four players in double figures, led by Bailey's 19 points and 12 rebounds for her seventh double-double of the season. Bennett had 10 assists and 13 points for her first double-dip with Carolina. (GoHeels.com)
