North Carolina sophomore Janelle Bailey was named ACC Women's Basketball Player of the Week on Monday after a 30-point, 14-rebound performance against Howard. Bailey earns her first career conference player of the week award after taking home rookie of the week honors on seven occasions en route to being named the 2018 ACC Freshman of the Year.
