North Carolina coach Sylvia Hatchell and her Tar Heels used the same gold scissors to cut down the nets at the ACC Tournament last week as the team used after winning the 1994 national championship."We would like to use them again." The Tar Heels might have the best shot right now of granting Hatchell's wish. North Carolina should be named the No. 1 overall seed when the 2006 NCAA women's tournament bracket is announced at 6 tonight on ESPN.
