Camille Little had 17 points and 10 rebounds and the No. 1 North Carolina Lady Tar Heels overcame a sluggish start to beat Virginia 82-56 Friday in the quarterfinals of the Atlantic Coast Conference women's tournament. Four players scored in double figures for the Tar Heels (27-1), who won handily. (WRAL.com)
