North Carolina Softball Shuts Out Boston College for Series Sweep

Earning their first sweep of the season, the Tar Heels blanked Boston College, 8-0 in five innings on Sunday afternoon at Anderson Stadium. Brittany Pickett tossed her second one-hitter of the weekend while four Tar Heels had multi-hit games. Home runs by Megan Dray and Kristina Burkhardt helped UNC improve to 15-9 overall, 5-1 in ACC play.
