Kyle Seager ready to return to Mariners after extended IL stay

Spending the first two months of the baseball season on the injured list isn’t what Kyle Seager expected out of his 2019. Days before the Mariners wrapped up their spring, Seager dove for a ball in a game against the Chicago Cubs and landed awkwardly. He didn’t think too much of it when it happened, but his hand was swollen the next day.
