UNC Baseball Takes Command Of Chapel Hill Regional With 16-1 Win Over Liberty

Five Tar Heels went deep for home runs in a lopsided 16-1 victory over Liberty at Boshamer Stadium on Saturday. UNC’s six home runs in regional play are its most since hitting seven in the 2006 regional. Michael Busch and Aaron Sabato each have 16 home runs on the year, becoming the first Tar Heel duo to both hit 16 in a single season under Mike Fox.
