UNC's 15-run margin of victory ties the Tar Heels' largest margin of victory ever in an NCAA Tournament game. Freshman Aaron Sabato followed Michael Busch with a home run of his own, giving him 16 for the year. Sabato's 16 home runs set a new UNC freshman record for home runs in a season, besting the previous record of 15 set by Chad Flack in 2005.
