North Carolina's Baseball Season Ends in Super Regionals

North Carolina’s postseason run came to a screeching halt on Monday as Auburn scored 13 runs in the top of the first inning and rolled to its first College World Series appearance since 1997 with a 14-7 victory at Boshamer Stadium. What started as a highly-anticipated winner-take-all Game 3 of the Chapel Hill Super Regional quickly detoured into a blowout.
