The 2019 ABCA NCAA Div. I All-Region teams have been announced in all eight regions after a vote by members of the American Baseball Coaches Association. North Carolina's Michael Busch and Aaron Sabato were named to the NCAA Div. I Atlantic All-Region First Team and Tyler Baum was named to the NCAA Div. I Atlantic All-Region Second Team.
