Tar Heels Claim 21st Top-10 Directors' Cup Finish


A national championship in field hockey, an NCAA runner-up finish in women's soccer and a trio of third-place ties led the University of North Carolina to 10th place in the final 2018-19 Directors' Cup standings. It's the 21st time in 26 years of the Directors' Cup the Tar Heels have finished in the top 10. UNC amassed 987 points, 0.17 points ahead of LSU. (GoHeels.com)
