Kyle Seager lost much of 2019 to injury; Trying to make the most of the last 48 games

As Kyle Seager talked about the changes he made and what it meant for his performance, there was a sense of pride and optimism in his voice. Perhaps this would help him return to his All-Star form of 2014. Unfortunately, he was never given a legitimate opportunity to see how all that offseason work would help him through an entire season.
