UNC Women's Basketball Routs Wingate 82-37 In Exhibition Tuneup

In a final tune-up before the regular season opens Thursday, the UNC women's basketball team beat Wingate 82-37 Saturday in an exhibition game at Carmichael Arena. Janelle Bailey led four Tar Heels in double figures with 16 points and 11 rebounds. Shayla Bennett scored 14, and Kennady Tucker came off the bench to score 12. (GoHeels.com)
