First ACC Win In the Books As UNC Women's Basketball Beats Pitt

The North Carolina women's basketball team kicked off ACC play with a victory on Monday, beating Pitt 70-62 at Carmichael Arena (Highlights).Senior guard Madinah Muhammad led UNC with 20 points and eight rebounds. Senior guard Taylor Koenen added 16 points and nine rebounds, and junior center Janelle Bailey had 10 points and eight boards.
