Extra Points: The Legend of Danny Talbott Posted Jan 20, 2020 Danny Talbott played three sports on UNC freshman teams in 1963-64 and then gave up basketball because he didn't think he could play professionally. Talbott led the ACC with 1,477 yards of offense and was named ACC player of the year in 1965.
