North Carolina rolled to a 78-68 win over Virginia on Thursday at Carmichael Arena to improve to 16-6 overall and 6-4 in ACC women's basketball (Highlights). Janelle Bailey led the Tar Heels with 23 points and 17 rebounds in UNC's second double-digit win of the season over the Cavaliers. Madinah Muhammad scored 17 points and Malu Tshitenge had 16.
