Joey Lancellotti Looks Past Lost Baseball Season
Posted Jun 4, 2020
For North Carolina pitcher Joey Lancellotti, the cancellation of the season was more than just a stoppage in games. He was a team leader, on his way to a big junior season on the mound, and with an opportunity to impress pro scouts. When the season came a halt, Lancellotti’s season totals were 24.1 innings over four games, with a 2.22 ERA and 21 strikeouts.
