6/29/1905: Former UNC Baseball Player ‘Moonlight’ Graham Made Only Appearance in an MLB Game

On June 29, 1905, Archibald Graham made his only appearance in a Major League Baseball game, as referenced in the movie 'Field of Dreams.' The New York Giants had a commanding lead over the Brooklyn Superbas when 'Moonlight' Graham entered the game in right field for two innings. He was on deck with two outs when the last out was recorded.
