Thu Jul 16, 2020
Tierra Ruffin-Pratt, an eighth-year WNBA veteran, is the lone Tar Heel in the bubble. (Two other active players, LaToya Sanders and
Jessica Breland, have opted out of this season, as have many other players.) Ruffin-Pratt is headed into her second season with the Los Angeles Sparks. In 2019, she started 33 of 34 games, including all four playoff games.
