Video: Twins top pick Aaron Sabato on staying sharp without minor league season
Posted Sep 16, 2020
We caught up with power hitter Aaron Sabato, the Twins' 1st round draft pick in June at No. 27. With no minor league season, it's been a challenge to stay sharp. The 1B/3B/OF from North Carolina signed for $2.75M, which is above the recommended $2.57M slot for pick No. 27. A draft-eligible sophomore, Sabato had two very good seasons for the Tar Heels.
