Navy Squad Completes 5-Game Sweep To Win UNC Fall World Series

The Navy team broke a 2-2 tie with a run in the sixth inning, then added two more in the seventh to take a 5-2 win and complete a five-game sweep to win the Fall World Series on Thursday at Boshamer Stadium. Will Sandy started for Navy and gave up two runs in 3 innings. Max Carlson came on in relief in the fourth and threw 2 scoreless innings.
